We still need apps for mac/x64, mac/arm, linux/arm, android/arm.

Will any of these ever happen? And if so, when? Even an estimate?

It's a great question. Last we were told was back in October when you said you were still working on the new application. Not a lot posted since then. Some updates would be nice because it sounds like a lot of wasted bandwidth at this point.
