Choose goofyxGrid@Home NCI from the list, or enter https://nci.boinc.goofyx.pl/

So No you don't need an access code.
At least I did not need one when I joined.

It will ask for one when you try to join if you need one, but I don't know any access code

Well, you obviously joined the project since you can post here. To attach a computer you need the project URL which is https://nci.boinc.goofyx.pl and your account password OR your (weak) account key.

fzs600 is not the person that cannot create an account, he posted here to help.

Another member of l'AF has now also confirmed that he cannot create a new account and he is asked for an invitation code.

Trying to create an account directly from the boinc manager gives an error that the project doesn't accept any new member.

Maybe the reason/answer is here.
