Or maybe consider Claud, VPS, dedicated.
The prices are good, maintenance, cooling, breakdowns and energy costs go away.
In general, nowadays it is better to use energy in centers

If i have only boinc project i will propabbly use cloud, but i need much power for analyzers and other private virtual machines.
I had compared cloud price to private server cost and in my case the second options is cheaper.
